+ How will I know you have received my order?

After placing an order you will receive immediate confirmation that your order has been received as well as an email including a receipt.

+ How long has Exaptec been in business?

Exaptec has been trading since 2015.

+ Can I come and see the products?

Yes, you are most welcome. Please contact Nicci at sales@exaptec.com.au to make an appointment as we’re not always in the office. We love having clients come visit!

+ If we have problems figuring out the robots, who can we call?

Please email sales@exaptec.com.au with your problem and we will endeavour to respond on the same day.

+ Can we hire your robots?

Yes, we hire out robots. Contact us for more information at sales@exaptec.com.au. Let us know your dates and what event you would like a robot to attend. We can advise which robot is best suited to your needs.

+ What happens if my new robot does not work?

Please advise us within 24 hours of delivery of any problem. All robots are tested before they are sent out—unless the packaging does not allow for it. We strive to make this an excellent experience and will endeavour to immediately sort out any problems.

+ What is the warranty period for the robot?

The warranty covers back to base and is usually one year from invoice date.

+ Is there extended warranty available?

Yes, we do offer extended warranties. Please enquire for a quote.
